Ricardo C. Delgado
Chairman
Mr. Delgado has led Citadel since 1984. As a successful entrepreneur with over 30 years of management experience, he has been involved in start-up companies in airline GSA, shipping, aviation support services, cargo handling activities, logistics and telecoms, among others. In the 90s, Mr. Delgado spearheaded the creation, expansion, and sale of Islacom, the nation's first digital cellular provider. In his personal capacity, he continues to support scholarship grants, civic and foundation activities. He attended the University of the Philippines, Cornell University, and Harvard Business School.
Jose Ricardo Delgado
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Delgado joined Citadel in 1998 and now provides direction to all of Citadel's companies. Previously, he worked as Vice President for Marketing in Islacom's mobile services division. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in International Relations and European History from Brown University and an MBA from Northwestern University in 1997. He is also President and CEO of IT&E, the holding company that engineered the purchase of the Micronesian Telephone Company from Verizon.
Ramon S. Monzon
Vice Chairman & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Monzon joined Citadel in 1996 and at present closely oversees all of Citadel's airline GSA and aviation support businesses. He has over 20 years of management experience serving as a senior executive for numerous private companies. Prior to joining CHI, he was President of Pacific Rim Export and Holding Corp. for seven (7) years, EVP & COO of Radio Philippines Network, Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation and Banahaw Broadcasting Corporation for two years; and Partner of Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co./Arthur Andersen. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Ateneo de Manila University and earned his MBA, with concentration in Finance and Accounting, from the University of Chicago.
Fidel Herman Reyes
Executive Vice President
Mr. Reyes joined the MIASCOR Aviation Group on 1st July 2011. He has extensive management experience in the oil downstream business having worked for a major oil company for almost 30 years in various functions both locally and internationally. He intends to support the MIASCOR aviation group with insights, experiences and knowledge in business improvement initiatives, transformation processes, negotiating alliances and value chain management. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the UP Diliman and took up his MBA studies at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
Jose Catequista
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Catequista, a Certified Public Accountant, has over 15 years of audit and tax experience across various industries. Prior to joining Citadel, he was a partner-audit services at KPMG Manabat Sanagustin & Co. (formerly Laya Mananghaya & Co.) During his professional practice, his major clients are into energy, mining, healthcare, education, construction and consumer markets. Aside from the regular external audit work, Mr. Catequista has considerable experience in mergers and acquisition, due diligence reviews (seller or buyer side) and tax-related experience both local and tax treaty issues. During the early years of his career, in 2003 he was awarded as the Young Achiever in Public Practice by the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ramon L. Magno
Vice -President, Marketing and Business Development
Mr. Magno joined Citadel in July 1996 and presently heads the Marketing and Business Development Department of MIASCOR Aviation . He has over 20 years of airline and aviation services experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of the East and finished his Air Transport Course from the Asian Institute of Management.
Prior to joining Citadel group of companies, Mr. Magno worked with Philippine Airlines for seventeen (17) years. While in PAL, he held several positions in various capacities until he opted for an early retirement as Manager - Field Sales & Reservations in 1996.
He joined MIASCOR Aviation Group in August 1996 as Assistant Vice President of its cargo business development, MIASCOR Logistics Corporation. He eventually became the Vice President for Marketing & Business Development of the CHI's ground handling subsidiary, MIASCOR Aviation prior to being appointed to head Citadel's Passenger Representation.
