| 2000 | Egypt Air becomes a client for cargo operations. Local airline Cebu Pacific become a client for specific turnaround services in Davao. Cathay Pacific becomes a client in Cebu. |

| 1999 | MIASCOR
Catering Services Corp. (MCAT) begins operations as a joint venture with Gate Gourmet and
Malaysia Airlines and becomes the number 2 inflight caterer in the Philippines Swissport becomes JV partner of MIASCOR Ground Handling Corp. Aeroflot and Swissair become clients. Trans Asia suspends operations. |

| 1998 | MIASCOR's
market share rises, becoming the largest ground handler in the Philippines. The
temporary closure of Philippine Airlines results in more airline clients going to MIASCOR. Saudia, Royal Brunei, Asiana, Kuwait Airways, Pakistan International, Air Nauru, Canadian Airlines and Swissair become clients. China Southern, Malaysia Airlines, Japan Airlines, Emirates and Tans Asia join the client list. United Airlines and Alitalia suspends operations. Grand Air ceases operations. U-Land becomes a client in Cebu. |

| 1997 | MIASCOR
Ground Handling Corp is spun off as a separate company to focus on passenger and ramp
services under MHI. Also under MHI, MIASCOR Logistics Corp. (MLOG) starts cargo warehousing operations at its sprawling Cargo Center at the NAIA. MIASCOR AIrcraft Maintenance Corp.(AIRMAC) is created under MHI. Air France, Qantas and Vietnam Air become clients. Silkair and Bouraq become clients in Davao International Airport |

| 1996 | Competition at the Ninoy Aquino International
Airport(NAIA) increases with the creation of two(2) major ground handling operators. MIASCOR Holdings, Inc. (MHI) is created to formally manage the aviation group of Citadel Holdings, Inc. DHL, Feveral Express and Qatar Airways become clients. |
