| Nordisk
in Joint Venture with MIASCOR MIASCOR, through its subsidiary Aircraft Maintenance Corp. (AIRMAC), and Nordisk Aviation Products Asia, have formed a joint venture company, MIASCOR-Nordisk Aviation Products Corp (MNAPCO) to establish the first independent repair facility for aircraft containers and pallets in the Philippines. |

| Initially, operations have been established in Manila
at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and is currently setting up operations at the
Subic Bay International Freeport in Northern Luzon. "This new ULD repair facility will be in addition to the comprehensive services now provided by MIASCOR Aviation Group." said Manuel S. Panlilio, President of AIRMAC and, jointly, President of the new joint venture company. "MIASCOR" is now a major aviation service company in the Philippines, providing ground handling, cargo warehousing. aircraft maintenance and airline catering services." The new facility adds to the extensive network of repair stations operated by Nordisk across Asia/Pacific, that included Hongkong, Singapore, Taipei and Sydney, bringing its global network to 15 stations. "This new venture will enable both companies to offer increased services to its customers bringing MIASCOR closer to its goal of comprehensive services for its airline customers and bringing Nordisk closer to providing truly global service to airlines seeking ULD repair" said Rodrigo F.
